Econ Energy will develop an important consultancy on energy – in cooperation with Studio Protecno – regarding three public buildings in the municipality of Verona.

The sites in question will be analysed by the technical staff and they will concern the Fire Department (in Via Polveriera Vecchia), Palazzo Scaligero (in Piazza Dante) and the Carabinieri Department (in Via Salvo D’Acquisto).

As active operators in the energetic retrofit, aimed at the requalification of the vast Italian real estate patrimony – Econ and Protecno will carry out a general analysis of the three buildings through the detection regarding the solidity of the building and its plant, and a recognition of the plants’ instrumental state.

This census will be aimed at the evaluation of the energy saving’s intervention that may be implemented and at the issue of the energy performance certificate, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
