Thanks to the synergies and expertise of the group, Contec Ingegneria and Pronext, in collaboration with Prospecta Formazione, have created a course consisting of 4 sessions on PLANNING AND COST MANAGEMENT OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – How to set up management control and budgeting for a construction project.

The role of the designer and engineering firms has evolved over the years. Specializations have changed, and competencies no longer end with technical design. There is an increasing demand for a cross-disciplinary and consultative approach, one that can provide comprehensive support to clients by identifying all factors to be managed during the life of the project and coordinating the stakeholders involved.

The approach presented, used in the management of a construction project, can also be effectively applied by designers to manage their own professional activities. The case studies discussed will illustrate a method applicable to both private projects and public works projects, providing valuable skills for professionals who act as the Sole Responsible for the Procedure.
