Contec awarded the redevelopment of the Acque Veronesi office building
The temporary grouping of professionals, led by Contec Ingegneria (the lead company), along with Contec AQS, Studio Protecno, ARCADE, engineer Stefano Boscherini, and geologist Andrea Baldracchi, has been awarded the preliminary, final, and executive design, project management, and safety coordination (CSP/CSE) for the redevelopment of the Acque Veronesi office and operational technical building in San Michele (Verona).
The building, covering approximately 1,400 square meters, consists of four above-ground floors and three underground levels. The team will employ collaborative processes through integrated design to ensure high performance across all specialized components.
The technical development will not overlook innovation. The design will incorporate BIM methodology by creating three-dimensional, parametric, and relational models that virtually represent the building and the interventions to be carried out, with progressively detailed levels of representation.
